When am I charged every month?
Your first payment is taken on the day you subscribe and covers the full month; each renewal is on the same date of the following month. Maua emails you a reminder ahead of every charge, and if a charge fails there's a 3-day grace period before the subscription pauses.
Can I change my frequency or skip a delivery?
You can edit the recipient, address and card message at any time from your account. To change the budget or frequency, cancel and start a new subscription — cancelling takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
Who chooses the flowers for my arrangement?
Our in-house florists curate seasonal blooms based on freshness, color palette, and rarity. Every bouquet is unique and hand-arranged.
What happens if my delivery address falls outside Tbilisi?
Subscription deliveries currently cover Tbilisi, and delivery there is included in your monthly budget. If your address is outside the city, please contact us before subscribing.
