1. Subscription Plans
Maua Concept Store offers three subscription plans for recurring flower deliveries:
- Premium β Twice per week delivery (2 days selected), medium bouquet
- Standard β Weekly delivery (1 day selected), medium bouquet
- Essential β Monthly delivery (day of month 1β28), large bouquet
Bouquet compositions are chosen by our florists ("florist's choice") using the freshest available exotic flowers.
2. Recurring Payments
By subscribing, you authorize Maua Concept Store to charge your saved payment card automatically on each renewal date. The first payment is taken on the day you subscribe and covers the full month; each subsequent payment is taken on the same calendar day of the following month (e.g. subscribe on 1 March β next charge 1 April). Payments are processed in Georgian Lari (GEL) through our secure payment provider.
Your card details are tokenized and stored securely by the payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
3. First Payment
Your first payment is processed immediately upon subscribing. You will be redirected to a secure payment page to enter your card details. After successful payment, your subscription is activated and your first delivery is scheduled.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified during subscription setup. You must provide a valid recipient name, phone number, and delivery address. Changes to delivery details can be made by contacting us at info@mauaconcept.com.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period β no further charges will be made. Payments already processed for the current period are non-refundable.
After cancellation, your tokenized card reference is kept for 13 months to handle any potential refunds, after which it is permanently deleted. We never store your full card number.
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), your subscription will be marked as "past due." We will notify you and may attempt to charge the card again. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription will be suspended until payment is resolved.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the new price applies.
