These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of products and services offered by Maua Concept Store through the website www.mauaconcept.com and subscription services.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By placing an order on the website, you ("Customer") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Agreement to these Terms is required for placing an online order.

1.2. Customers who do not agree to these Terms may purchase our products:
– By visiting our store (27 Zandukeli St, Old Town Tbilisi); or
– By placing a direct order via WhatsApp.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to modify or update the Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of order placement applies to that order.

3. Placing an Order

3.1. The following information is required to accept and fulfil an order:
– Sender's full name;
– Sender's phone number;
– Sender's email;
– Recipient's name;
– Recipient's phone number;
– Delivery address;
– Optionally, a greeting card message.

3.2. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Incorrect or incomplete data may result in delivery delays or failure, for which Maua bears no responsibility.

3.3. After successfully completing the order and payment, the Customer receives a confirmation notification to the specified email address.

3.4. The Company may contact the Customer in the following cases:
– The courier cannot reach the recipient;
– Additional information is needed;
– Availability of specific flowers has changed;
– To send a photo of the prepared order.

3.5. The Company reserves the right to refuse an order if:
– There is suspicion of fraud;
– The provided data is incorrect;
– The order cannot be fulfilled due to external circumstances;
– The Customer displays abusive behaviour.

4. Subscription Service

4.1. Maua offers three subscription plans: twice a week, once a week, and once a month.

4.2. By subscribing, the Customer agrees to the following payment terms:
– The first payment is made on the day of subscription β€” the full monthly amount;
– Each subsequent renewal is taken automatically on the same calendar day of the following month (e.g. subscribe on 1 March β†’ next charge 1 April);
– Failed payment β€” a 3-day grace period applies, after which deliveries are paused.

4.3. Cancellation and pause:
– Cancellation is possible at any time from the dashboard;
– Takes effect at the end of the current period; the current period amount is non-refundable;
– Pause is possible at least 5 days before renewal, maximum once per year.

4.4. Changing the delivery day β€” possible once a month from the dashboard. Takes effect from the following week.

5. Product Characteristics & Substitution Policy

5.1. Flowers are a natural product. Minor variations in colour, size, and shape compared to website photos are possible.

5.2. Maua imports from South Africa (Protea, Strelitzia, Leucadendron, Leucospermum, etc.). In case of seasonal or import delays:
– The Company offers substitution with equivalent or higher-value flowers;
– Substitutions are made at no extra cost β€” you will never be asked to pay the price difference;
– We contact you in advance about any change. If you'd rather not accept a substitute, you may cancel the order and we'll refund you in full.

6. Prices & Payment

6.1. Prices shown on the website include all taxes. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout.

6.2. Payment is made at the time of order through the website's payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay). Orders are processed only after successful payment.

6.3. All prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL).

7. Delivery Terms

7.1. Delivery is available within Tbilisi. The delivery zone is specified in the order form.

7.2. The Company makes every effort to deliver within the selected time window. Exact minute-level timing is not guaranteed.

7.3. Delivery delays are possible due to:
– Traffic congestion;
– Weather conditions;
– Building access restrictions;
– Incorrect address;
– High order volumes on holidays (March 8, February 14, December 31).

7.4. If the courier cannot reach the recipient, the Company will also try to contact the sender. Redelivery may require an additional fee.

7.5. If the recipient refuses the order, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund is issued.

8. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

8a. Flowers. 8.1. The 14-day return right established by Georgian consumer protection legislation does not apply to perishable and individually ordered products. Flower bouquets fall into both categories.

8.2. Order cancellation:
– Preparation not started: cancellation is possible, full refund;
– Preparation started: cancellation is not possible;
– Courier is en route: cancellation is not possible.

8.3. Quality-related complaints β€” contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. If substantiated, the Company will offer a replacement or refund.

8.4. The following are not considered quality issues:
– Natural variations in flowers;
– Recipient unavailability or incorrect address;
– Flower deterioration due to improper care;
– Seasonal variations.

8b. Workshops. 8.5. Workshop bookings may be cancelled at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund or a reschedule to another date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before, and no-shows, are non-refundable. For exceptional circumstances, contact info@mauaconcept.com.

8c. Subscriptions. 8.6. A subscription may be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the current period is non-refundable. See the Subscription Terms for details.

9. Complaint Handling

9.1. Complaints may be submitted:

9.2. The Company is obligated to respond within 3 calendar days.

10. Personal Data Processing

10.1. The Company processes only the personal data necessary for order fulfilment:
– Receiving, processing, and delivering orders;
– Service notifications;
– Resolving delivery issues;
– Fulfilling accounting obligations.

10.2. Data processing for marketing purposes occurs only with separate informed consent.

10.3. Order-related records are retained for 6 years for accounting and legal purposes. Detailed retention periods are set out in our Privacy Policy.

10.4. The Company does not disclose information about specific orders without verification.

11. Marketing Communications

11.1. Marketing messages are sent only to customers who have given consent.

11.2. Consent to marketing communications is not required to place an order.

11.3. Unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting info@mauaconcept.com.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. Maua is not responsible for:
– Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the Company's control;
– Incorrectly provided address or contact details;
– Recipient's refusal to accept the order;
– Flower deterioration after delivery due to improper care.

12.2. The Company's total liability is limited to the value of the specific order.

13. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Georgian law.
